Vanguard Involved Parent Support Team is the 501(c)(3) non-profit parent band booster for the Verrado Viper Vanguard band programs.
The VIPS Team sponsors and organizes events, which deepen our community spirit and enhance our children's educational experience at the Viper Vanguard.
We are excited to see what our group will accomplish together. Your support is crucial to the success of the Verrado High School Band program (marching, drumline, color guard, symphonic and jazz band). You are a member of the VIPS Team if your child is in the band; no membership fee!

Margaret is mom of 5-7 amazing kids at any given time. This is her fourth year with the Viper Vanguard and second year on the board. This year she will have her two oldest daughters in band. Haley is a Senior that can be found living her best life on any drum or piano. Gabby is a Sophomore that plays acoustic/electric guitar, piano and drums. Being a mom to many is her full time job but on top of that Margaret and her husband, Jeremy, are also small business owners here in Verrado. They love to incorporate their party rentals business into Vanguard fundraisers to help raise money for the band and all of their incredible members.
Mike Cowan

Mike is a dad of one current and two former Viper Vanguard kids. Emerson, a flute player, is a junior in the band. Allison graduated in ’21 and now marches Bugle Rank in the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band at Texas A&M. Matthew, a former tuba player, graduated in ’18 and now works in Avondale. Mike and his wife, Vanessa, enjoy helping at many band events. This will be his 1st year on the board.
Andrea Loucks

Andrea was born and raised in Arizona! She moved to Verrado 2 years ago. She graduated from Maryvale High School in 2006. She's worked at Waste Management since 2013 where she talks trash and gets paid! Her daughter Marlee loves band! Freshman year she completed her first season of guard! In winter she joined the visual team where she learn to love being apart of the percussion team! She also has 2 “littles” Addie who is 10 and Jaxon who is 8!
Musette Enriquez
Records Secretary
Musette is a proud mom of three. Her oldest daughter has been part of the band for four years, now entering her senior year. She has been happily married for 18 years, With her family she enjoys spending time outdoors and sharing activities like swimming. As a mom, I love supporting my kids in their passions, and watching my daughter grow through her band journey has been a highlight. This is Musette's first year on the board.
Lorena Danaj
Marketing/Communication
This is Lorena's second year as a Viper Vanguard band parent. Her daughter, Rae, is a Sophomore and plays clarinet and bass. Rae loves all things band and can't wait for marching season to start! This is her 1st year on the board.
Stephanie Pagano
Event Coordinator
Stephanie is mom to Mady (drumline) and son, Jaxson (future band member). She is also wife to Jacob (Vice President). She was introduced to the band community last year and has enjoyed getting to know the kids. She loves their passion for music and the community the kids share. This is her second year involved with the band but her first year on the board.
